Douglas Prince is the studio art director
for Behaviour Santiago creating games for the Xbox, PC, PS3 and Wii platforms. Prior
to Behaviour he was a director on the core development team at NCSoft Austin, a
global leader in massively multiplayer online games. Doug has also worked for
Electronic Arts, Maxis and Origin and has art directed Projects for
clients including THQ, Atari, Activision and multiple Microsoft titles.
He has worked on console games from Blood Rayne to MMO's such as the Ultima
series. His work includes development of art for computer games, feature film and
television. He has experience working professionally as an art director,
concept artist, modeler, animator, designer and producer. Doug has years
of experience building teams and directing studios. His art outsourcing
studio had a range of clients including, Disney, AMD, The Cartoon Network,
Terminal Reality, Flagship Studios and even The Fabulous
Thunderbirds.
Doug has contributed to the development
of college video game curriculum's as well as taught college (university) classes in video
game art and application. A current board member of the Austin Game
Development Institute, Doug has lectured and spoken on panels about video
games, art and art curriculum. When not at work or traveling and taking
action photographs, (his other passion) he can be found in his studio or
spending time with his wife and dogs.
