Studio Fabuloso 2026

Painting Light: Value & Color

April 29 - June 24 (Wednesdays)

After teaching and lecturing hundreds of students since 2004 across schools and institutions, I’m excited to introduce a new approach with this painting class. This time, I’m focusing on a much more personal, hands‑on training experience. To make that possible, each session is limited to just 3–5 students. With such an intimate group, I can truly understand each artist’s needs and offer guidance that’s specifically tailored to their individual goals and skill level.

Class Outline

Aimed at painting landscapes and the Fundamentals of light, value and composition this class is will be divided into three different main sections. Each section will have three classes, each class being two hours long. These class groups will be aimed at a certain set of main principles.

  • In the second section we will move our focus onto color and the image components of the color model to reinforce the fundamentals of constructing a painting.
